Many thanks to you and your fabulous Jordan River crew for another perfect move! This was our second move with Jordan River. Our first move was when you were first establishing yourselves in the Seattle market. You so impressed us then with your uniquely personal touch and how you wrap each piece of furniture to absolutely insure that there would be no damage that we knew we could entrust you with our fine Queen Anne style furnishings. You lived up to, indeed exceeded our expectations, and we were delighted with the quality of your service. Your staff was courteous, helpful and expeditious and accomplished a very difficult move with only one minor piece of damage, which you cheerfully resolved the following day to our complete satisfaction. It is no small wonder that when we were faced with moving our 2,400 sq. ft. of household goods again that we immediately turned to Jordan River without even considering any other moving company. The foreman was cheerful, accommodating and flexible and availed himself as a true professional. My hats off to the entire crew! In summary, we sincerely thank you for making one of life's less pleasant jobs, a household move, at least bearable, and even agreeable. Your attention to detail, quality and customer satisfaction are unique in the moving industry and you are to be commended for the fabulous job you do. Goodness, with all the horror stories out there I have heard about moving companies, what a breath of fresh air yours was for us! I just wanted to take the time to thank all there in your company, who were involved with our Dining room set being moved this week, from Silverdale, Washington to our home in Southern California, (Yorba Linda). Your guys picked up our Dining room set from a store called the "Amish Touch" there in Silverdale, on Saturday, and your driver was here by the following Wednesday, not even 5 full days later. The whole experience with dealing with your company was effortless. From speaking to Matt in the beginning and arranging this "move", to the day it was delivered by a friendly, personable and competent young man named John, was a seamless one. This move involved me placing my trust in you and The Amish Touch because I was not able to be there in Washington, when the furniture was picked up. I am so appreciative that my trust was not misplaced. (I have saved up for this particular Dining room set for many years), so it was not a decision that was taken lightly by me. We wanted to thank everyone involved for getting our table and chairs here without a scratch and in a such a conscientious and professional manner. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, to all. I have already called the owners of The Amish Touch to recommend they give your name to all their customers who live in Washington, and out of state, who may need the services of a moving company that is honest, with fair prices and employs people with honesty and the highest integrity. Thank you Matt, who arranged our move, you were so kind and patient as you worked out the dates with me, and to John, who delivered it here, and all of you unnamed people, from the sweet and helpful girls who work in the office and spoke to me each time I called, to those who were involved with getting our furniture here. Your staff helped us out when things started to fall apart. During our 2 different loadings and unloadings your moving staff were exceptional, respectful, very hard working, and extremely understanding of how much stress we were under. I want to give them the highest rating possible and dearly hope your management staff pay them what they are really worth, which is to say the top dollar for their category of labor. It takes more than strength to accomplish what they do, it takes cooperation, patience, and intelligence to work through sudden problems. Your crew director was exceptional and very helpful.
